TikTok Sans The Official TikTok Font

This is where most TikTok font guides stop short. There is a real, downloadable TikTok font and it is completely free.

What Font Does TikTok Use?

TikTok uses TikTok Sans, a custom geometric sans-serif typeface commissioned by ByteDance and designed in collaboration with Swiss type foundry Grilli Type. It replaced Proxima Nova across the app interface and branding in May 2023.

TikTok Caption Fonts

Captions have a 2,200 character limit far more room than your bio. But there is a strategic reason to use styled fonts sparingly here.
